Television Presenter, Olivia Stratton has specialised knowledge and a life-long passion for food, wine, fashion and travel that has taken her on a global journey of discovery.
Olivia has studied and worked with people from over 100 countries and her international qualifications include a Masters Degree in Gastronomy, Le Cordon Bleu (cooking), Swiss Hotel Association (management) as well as a Diploma in Linguistics (German).
In her most recent presenting role - the 2007 Rosemount Australian Fashion Week, Olivia interviewed all the hottest celebs - Fergie, The Veronicas, Dita von Teese, Tara Moss, Megan Gale and Jennifer Hawkins to name just a few; supermodels - Erin Wasson and Miranda Kerr; plus Australia's top designers from A to Z - including the likes of Alex Perry, Camilla and Marc, Fashion Assassin, Josh Goot, Kirrily Johnston, Sass & Bide, Wayne Cooper and the unforgettable Ksubi boys.
In 2006, Olivia was voted Hottest on TV for presenting Network Seven's lifestyle series 'Sumptuous' - featuring the very best of South Australia's cuisine, world-class wines, festivals and travel experiences. Prior to this, while in Asia as the Food, Wine and Tourism Ambassador for Sauchin, Olivia also featured as a guest presenter on 'Bon Voyage', an international travel show televised in over 25 countries.
Olivia won Miss World Australia in 2003, following which she won the international title Miss World People's Choice in front of an audience of over 2.8 billion viewers - the biggest annual television event globally. Olivia thoroughly enjoyed her Year of Service that included a world tour, working with charities and being chosen as the 2004 Ambassador for Variety International.
In demand as a keynote speaker and MC, Olivia speaks at charity events, conferences, schools and embassies - including being invited to Hong Kong for the AUIAC as a Representative for Education with the CEO of Virgin Atlantic and Former Prime Minister Bob Hawke.
Olivia has made many guest appearances on TV and radio in both Australia and overseas, she has also recently started acting and loves it, starring in Paul Costa's latest country music clip and various television commercials.
Renowned for her vibrant personality and natural style, Olivia has a fun loving nature, free spirit and enjoys a good adventure. Besides being a Corporal in the Australian Army Cadet Corps and State Ambassador for 3 years, Olivia's love for the outdoors and animals also led her to win National Equestrian Champion and being chosen as the 2004 Face of the Adelaide Cup. Olivia is available for TV presenting, acting, ambassadorial positions, public speaking and hosting events, as well as commercials and endorsements.
