Television Presenter, Olivia Stratton has specialised knowledge and a life-long passion for food, wine, fashion and travel that has taken her on a global journey of discovery.

Olivia has studied and worked with people from over 100 countries and her international qualifications include a Masters Degree in Gastronomy, Le Cordon Bleu (cooking), Swiss Hotel Association (management) as well as a Diploma in Linguistics (German).

In her most recent presenting role - the 2007 Rosemount Australian Fashion Week, Olivia interviewed all the hottest celebs - Fergie, The Veronicas, Dita von Teese, Tara Moss, Megan Gale and Jennifer Hawkins to name just a few; supermodels - Erin Wasson and Miranda Kerr; plus Australia's top designers from A to Z - including the likes of Alex Perry, Camilla and Marc, Fashion Assassin, Josh Goot, Kirrily Johnston, Sass & Bide, Wayne Cooper and the unforgettable Ksubi boys.

In 2006, Olivia was voted Hottest on TV for presenting Network Seven's lifestyle series 'Sumptuous' - featuring the very best of South Australia's cuisine, world-class wines, festivals and travel experiences. Prior to this, while in Asia as the Food, Wine and Tourism Ambassador for Sauchin, Olivia also featured as a guest presenter on 'Bon Voyage', an international travel show televised in over 25 countries.
